CTP can deliver urgent tailored or trigger-based messages (text, email or app) directly to each of your employees whether they’re on the road, at their desk or anywhere in between.
Emergency Notifications are also personally sent by CTP’s Vice President of Public Relations to either all travelers, or travelers who are affected by the news. Such notifications include weather warnings, travel advisories from the State Department, breaking news, etc.
Trip notifications are processed through the TripCase platform and include notifications when travel is booked, and when travel is 24 hours from departure.

Flight notifications are processed through the TripCase platform and include such updates as on time flight, delayed flight, gate change, and flight cancellation. TripCase notifications are emailed and/or texted (depending on the traveler’s configuration). If the traveler downloads the TripCase app, these updates will come as push notifications as well.
With CTP’s Data Management, the Clients can access “Where Are My Travelers”? – An online report detailing where all travelers are based on their reserved and ticketed itineraries. From the initial dashboard screen, users can manipulate, and “slice and dice” data simply, with the click of a mouse. Functions include (but are not limited to), adding columns, sorting by various items (such as Flight Number, Departure City, and Passenger Name); dril-down; and export functionality via csv or xls. Additionally, in the Report section, reports can be run for the current date, or future dates of travel. CTP’s on demand duty of care reporting gives our clients peace of mind knowing that whatever situation arises, we can quickly and easily locate travelers anywhere in the world.
