Online Booking Programs – CTP offers two online booking tools, Concur and GetThere, both of which mange the complexities of corporate travel through an interface customized to your company. Your company’s travel needs can be handled rapidly, efficiently and with greater control. Its a technological solution that’s further strengthened by a dedicated CTP Customer service advocate.
Dedicated Customer Service Manager – Every client has a dedicated CSM (Customer Service Manager) who understands the companies travel needs and preferences and will enforce your travel policy. Don’t have one? No worries. Your assigned CSM will advise you of best practices and guide you through the process of creating your outlined travel policy.
Travel Rewards Programs – Traveling is difficult enough. Adding mileage programs and/or travel incentives to each reservation can be a daunting task. Add all your membership reward numbers to your profile and they will be added to each air, car or hotel reservation so that you can continue earning points.
